In cases when you will need to pick up your package(s) from UPS customer center in USA you will need the following information:
1. A government authorized ID with matching receiver name showing on the delivery address
2. Tracking number provided to your by your shipper
If you cannot pick up yourself as the delivery addressee you will need to call in UPS 1-866-225-8308 extension 3384 to authorize for a pick up.
